Jane, owner of The Dog Web says: ‘We really wanted to do something for the celebrations this year, there’s so much negative feeling in this country at the moment even about the Jubilee and the Olympics and it’s a shame, we should be looking at this as an opportunity to show what this country has to offer. In our own small way we thought we would bring a little of that British pride to our range so now are customers can celebrate with their four legged friends too’.
The Union Jack collar & lead range from designer Red Dingo has proved so popular that The Dog Web sold out of leads within just a few days. ‘We didn’t realise quite how popular the dog collars and leads would be, we should have more available in two weeks, luckily we ordered in plenty of collars!’ The range will also been seen in a popular fashion magazine modelled by the only breed that could, Corgi’s!
The Union Jack dog products have really caused a bit of a buzz in the dog owning population but isn’t that the way it should be in country well known for its dog loving nation? Jane at The Dog Web certainly thinks so, ‘it’s nice to think that this flag design will bring a smile to people’s faces, not just the dogs owners but people that get to meet them in the parks or even watching the games at the local pub!’.
