“Ethics in reporting is always a hot topic but the conversations seem to stop when it comes to a solution”, says Dr. Faulkenberry. “With social media and traditional media being readily available these days there has to be more accountability. I have found overworked journalists, or companies with severe budget cuts, have failed to uphold true transparency when filing some stories. Because of this, and the requests for change within the field, I have decided to focus solely on helping members of the media build and/or repair their reputations from a place of total transformation and integrity.”
The whole world is now interacting with the media on a one-on-one basis. One bad move, one single bad decision- and a reporter’s story, and career, can be disproven with nothing more than a single mouse click! In a world moving forward through the evolution of technology in reporting, journalists are in need of integrity based success. Ray’s one-on-one and corporate workshops are tailored to the intention of each medium.
