Founder Steven Chan, who opened his first Tin Drum in Atlanta in 2003, saw a great fit for his edgy, quick and health-conscious fare in the growing Birmingham community.
“Birmingham is such a vibrant city, and we look forward to serving its residents great-tasting food that reflects the growing trend of Asian-influenced menus,” said Chan.
Tin Drum’s Pan Asian menu features a wide variety of lunch and dinner options inspired by the bustling and delicious street food of Chan’s childhood in Hong Kong. Choices include salads, curries, stir-fry options, noodle bowls and soups, along with signature items such as Tin Drum curry and the addictive crab and cheese spring rolls – the chain sells approximately 3,000 spring rolls per week.
