Susan Been is the Founder and Owner of Wilson Parker Homes, a new home builder, developing communities in Atlanta, Augusta, Raleigh and Phoenix. A native of North Carolina, she has been an active supporter of Make-A-Wish, as well as such charities as Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, Visiting Nurses Association, and United Methodist Children’s Home. She resides in the Atlanta area with her two children and husband, Jon, also in the construction industry.
Tammy Farley is Co-founder and Principal of the Rainmaker Group, an industry-leading provider of revenue management and profit optimization systems to owners and operators in the multifamily housing and gaming/hospitality industries. She has spearheaded successful revenue management implementations internationally for over 18 years and maintains relationships with clients such as Caesars Entertainment, The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, Wynn Las Vegas and Omni Hotels & Resorts, among others. Tammy is a member of HSMAI’s Revenue Management Advisory Board, a participant in the Gaming & Leisure CIO Roundtable, and a frequent speaker at industry and academic conferences.
Scott A. Hill is the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Intercontinental Exchange, Inc., (ICE) where he is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the finance and accounting functions. A native of Texas, Scott earned his BBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin and his MBA from New York University, where he was recognized as a Stern Scholar. In 2009, the Atlanta Business Chronicle named Scott “CFO of the Year,” and he was named “CFO of the Year” by the CFO Roundtable Atlanta Advisory Board in 2010. Prior to joining ICE, Scott spent 16 years as an international finance executive for IBM. He resides in the Atlanta area with his wife, Hilary, and their two children.
Cathy Lefar, a former Information Technology Professional at Proctor & Gamble, has been a volunteer leader with Make-A-Wish Georgia and Alabama, Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, the Atlanta Basketball Host Committee, and Woodward Academy. Focused on recruiting and mobilizing female leaders in Atlanta to significantly expand their awareness and support of Make-A-Wish locally, Cathy is joining the Board as the pioneer for the women’s affinity group. She resides in the Atlanta area with her husband, Marc, and their two children.
Steve Newby is President & CEO of Summit Midstream, a midstream energy company focused on acquiring and developing midstream energy infrastructure assets that are strategically located in unconventional North American production basins. Prior to co-founding Summit Midstream in 2009, Steve was a founding member of SunTrust Bank's Corporate Energy industry specialty group and ultimately became a Managing Director and Head of the Project Finance Group within SunTrust's Capital Markets division. Steve is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.
Coy Wire is a former professional football player in the NFL. He was originally drafted by the Buffalo Bills and most recently played with the Atlanta Falcons, where he had the distinction of being a Specials Team Captain. Coy is from Camp Hill, Pennsylvania and graduated from Stanford University, where he studied philosophy and religion. He is currently a highly touted inspirational speaker, and his first book, Change Your Mind: 10 Methods to Achieve Your Wildest Dreams, was released in March 2012. He and his wife, Claire, reside in the Atlanta area.
