Giving you strength after crisis, big
success and real confidence
Three CDs which can transform the way you deal with stress and make sure you get the most out of life are available now. The Personal Resilience collection launches with a remarkable approach to Preventing Burnout, a road back to Health, Vitality and Youth and your route to Peak Performance and Success. Together or individually these CDs will change your life.
Linking us to our capacity to rediscover the profound emotional and motivational learning we experienced during infancy, Personal Resilience’s extraordinary effectiveness is rooted in Peter Gruenewald’s unique blend of storytelling for adults, beautiful music with bilateral brainwave stimulation (EMDR like effect), and a powerful heart rate variability training technique, based on slow, rhythmic breathing.
Personal Resilience’s creator, Dr Peter Gruenewald, is a GP in London and Bristol, an author, and the founder of the internationally acclaimed HeartSpheres training programme, which gives you the practical resources to stay healthy and excel in all aspects of your life, whatever pressure you’re under.
‘We live in very stressful times,’ says Peter, ‘and in critical periods we push ourselves too far so burnout is always a possibility and our emotional and physical health as well as our performance may suffer. We don’t sleep and we forget how to be happy. With my Personal Resilience series this cycle can stop. This powerful support tool has changed the way people deal with extreme pressure, trauma and disappointments.’
As Goethe’s life-affirming story Green Snake and the Beautiful Lily unfolds, Personal Resilience uses creative visualisation, a breathing technique and psycho-acoustic technology, to help us access a deep source of creativity and personal change so that we can bounce back after defeat and perform well in times of extreme pressure. The distinct breathing technique which is paced throughout the narration in all three CDs regulates Heart Rate Variability (HRV) and so helps to improve emotional and physical wellbeing – boosting our concentration, memory and decision-making ability. Bilateral brain stimulation is a technique successfully used in trauma therapy (EMDR) and it enhances our problem solving capacity and emotional change.
Feedback from people using the first CD has been overwhelmingly positive. ‘The benefits of listening to Personal Resilience were numerous – deeper sleep, more energy, a positive resolve, less tiredness, less worry and more faith in the future,’ says Dr Cricket Chen, Paediatrician.
Accountant Ivana Green says, 'The recording is very relaxing and helps me sleep. I handle stressful situations more calmly and Personal Resilience has helped me to slow down the way I do things and so respond more positively and objectively. I am so pleased that I came across it.'
The second CD uses the life-transforming story of the Royal Wedding (Parabola) to help you recover your Health, Vitality and Youth. Jung believed that mental and vital energy are created through the conflict of opposites and only by uniting the two forces can we find our true selves.
The third CD focuses on Peak Performance and Success, using the story of Hiram and Solomon building the Temple to strengthen your confidence, endurance and peak performance when you’re troubled.
Lucian Schloss, a counselling psychotherapist says, ‘I highly recommend these CDs for anyone on a journey of personal growth who needs to relax and allow the healing power of the story to feed his or her soul.’
The three CDs are available as downloads from CDBaby and via www.personal-
