The TSPS is for the provision of Non-Informatics Professional Services, both task and solutions based. This method of supply covers four core areas of expertise that are commonly and nationally used: Human Resources Services, Business Services / Change Management Services, Project Management Services, and Real Property Project Management Services1.
Components and methods of supply for TSPS are:
Standing Offer (Task Based): Right of first refusal method of supply provides for faster turnaround times given fixed per diem rates and pre-set professional services class / categories1.
Supply Arrangement (Task Based): Enables Identified Users to compete and to assess proposals on a wider range of technical and financial competencies amongst pre-qualified suppliers. Task based initiatives are usually precise work assignments geared towards a well defined deliverable with specific timelines1.
Supply Arrangement (Solution Based): Similar benefits as with Task Based SA, however the Solution Based initiatives require end-to-end project work to derive, develop and deliver a complete solution to a business problem1.
