CUSTOMER APPRECIATION DAY AT EUREKA MARKET & CAFE SATURDAY, MAY 12
Eureka Market & Cafe at 7991 State Route 55 in Grahamsville is celebrating its first birthday by thanking its loyal following with free pizza slices and music on Saturday, May 12, from noon - 4pm. Eureka's homemade pizza was a hit from day one, so it's fitting that we should say Thank You to our wonderfully supportive patrons by serving up some free slices. A special fixed price menu will be served that evening, featuring delectable creations by new chef Hunter Moore.
Eureka Market was founded by Jennifer Grimes in May 2011, in answer to what she felt was a need, both for the local community, and the tourists she serves through her other businesses, Country House Realty, and Red Cottage Inc. vacation rentals. Over 1,000 renters a year visit the area through Grimes's company for short-term or seasonal vacations, and were hard-pressed for places to eat and spend their money. Now they can have local produce, fresh bread, and homemade pie delivered to their fridge for their arrival. And invariably they come by for Saturday or Sunday brunch too.
When showing properties in the area, Grimes is frequently asked where people eat out and where they do their food shopping. For some properties the answers were as far as 30 minutes away. Now Eureka Market is a source for so many fresh, local and specialty food offerings that prospective home buyers feel the business is another plus for choosing to live in the area.
Menu specials including daily homemade soups, are shown on Eureka Market's online calendar. http://www.eureka-
