May 2, 2012 - PRLog -- April 2012, we were awarded the flooring contract on 2 new waterfront custom homes. the first will feature custom colored walnut smooth finish hardwood from Plantation Hardwood, with a staircase refinished to match the color of the floor. Having the ability to one contractor complete these requests was the deciding factor in awarding the bid.

The second home will feature prefinished hand scaped wood flooring from Provenza, in all the common areas. The home features a modern staircase as the focal point of the entrance we will be installing the matching plank with a square nose edge.
