May 2, 2012 - Cyn is a military historian specializing in special operations and a paranormal romance writer who lives in the Shrimp capital of North Carolina. Yes, yes said ‘shrimp’. As a transplanted Yankee, she had no idea that shrimp, in their natural state, look like miniature swordfish with legs! Since moving to the North Carolina coast, she has been befriended by local shrimpers and can now match Bubba Gump with her culinary repertoire. She has even been privileged enough to meet the Shrimp Heading Queen who remains undefeated for beheading several hundred of the tasty crustaceans in fewer then five minutes! So it probably comes as no great surprise that her books feature sea-based, military-style operations conducted by shape-shifting denizens of the Sea God’s realm.
