2012’s event starts with a Friday Night Kick-Off Party, presented by the McCann School of Business and Technology. The event will take place at the McCann School’s Carlisle campus and features a charity car show. Proceeds from the Friday night festivities directly benefit the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Pennsylvania. Trophies will be awarded for best-in-make categories as well as best paint, engine bay, interior and ICE.
Saturday at 9 a.m. marks the official start of the event with over 1,000 of the hottest rides in the region rolling onto the grounds for a one-of-a-kind atmosphere. In addition to the cars, an estimated 20,000 fans of the hobby will walk the grounds to admire the unique displays, custom machines and interact with like-minded enthusiasts.

The weekend doesn’t just feature cars for show, parts and accessories are also available for purchase via the swap meet and Manufacturers Midway. Finally, what P&S event would be complete without the highly attended burnout competition and Ms. Carlisle beauty contest? Both activities will take place on Saturday afternoon. Admission is $20 for Saturday, $15 for Sunday or a two-day pass can be purchased for $25.
