North Charleston, SC (May 1, 2012) – Cobalt Developments, LLC, developers for North Charleston’s Hunley Waters, announced today that it will offer a $6,000 incentive package to any qualified homebuyer who signs a contract after attending this weekend’s Open House, May 5 to 6. The homebuyer’s incentive will be available this weekend only, and will go towards closing costs for all qualified buyers with a preferred lender. This weekend’s Open House is affiliated with the regional Charleston Trident Association of Realtors Open House event, part of a national event held each spring.
