How To Play - Overview
Gamers are divided into two teams, red or blue, that battle each other through a variety of missions such as domination, capture the flag, capture and hold, and last man standing to name a few. Missions typically last between five and ten minutes and gamers get to play several during a single event. Backyard Battlefield's tactical laser tag gaming guns are military spec and have a realistic look, feel, and sound. Each gun has a red dot scope that gamers use to target other players. Their guns are very accurate and can be used at distances that exceed 100 yards. Typically though gamers will play in a much smaller area, usually the size of a basketball court. The company uses inflatable barriers (bunkers) that offer gamers safe places to hide as they target players from the opposite team.
