Pop-Punk band, Life After Liftoff know all to well what it was like growing up, being teased as the outcast kids. From being picked on, teased, and called out, it only made the quartet stronger today. Life After Liftoff, consisting of, Lee Weiss (Singer, Guitar), Jason Sigritz (Bass, Backing Vocals), Ryan Chatterton (Lead Guitar, Backing Vocals, Keys), and Dan Malloy (Drums, Backing Vocals), has paired with national organization, Defeat The Label, to stop bullying once and for all, to help promote a bully-free society without labels and stereotypes.
In honor of this partnership, Life After Liftoff have released an EP titled "Brand New Life" filled with high energy, inspiration, and organic sounds. The first track off the EP also titled, ‘Brand New Life’ has an emotionally uplifting message about hope, desire, love, and starting over. The second track, ‘Atmosphere,’

The message of the EP is, 'no matter what life throws at you, this is your chance to start a 'Brand New Life.'" The members wish to help victims with their powerful positive songs.
In May 2011, Life After Liftoff, released their first EP, “Memory of You,” garnering features in Absolute Punk, Substream Music Magazine, The Sound Alarm, DJRossStar, NME, Fearless Radio, iDobi, Skope, and more. Their featured music video, ‘Memory of You’ was played in over 1,800 Journey’s Shoe Stores around the world in November 2011. In addition, Life After Liftoff won their Battle of The Bands to perform at the 2011 Vans Warped Tour in Cincinnati, Ohio. However, it wasn’t easy at first emerging with a punk-influenced sound in a town that was more into other forms of alternative rock, but over the past year, they’ve been making a powerful impression. To help build a buzz, Life After Liftoff let members of a handful of prominent bands check out some of their strong early demos who they now count among their biggest fans and supporters. Supporters include: Tom Delonge of Blink-182 and Angels & Airwaves, Jordan Pundik and Chad Gilbert of New Found Glory, Paramore lead vocalist Hayley Williams, and Jack Barakat and Alex Gaskarth of All Time Low. They’ve also won the heart of Nick Thompson, front man of Ohio based fellow pop/punk band Hit the Lights.
