The ANDREANNA House Plan is a 4-bedroom/3.5 bath European design style dream home of 2,834 square feet that always welcomes you home. Award-winning web-based custom home design firm, www.boyehomeplans.com designed this home plan for the exciting new Spring/Summer 2012 home building season.  

The ANDREANNA House Plan is a European styled luxury home with an awesome curb appeal. A two story classical canopy welcomes you home to this brick faced home. The 2 car garage is tucked away on the left side of the house thereby giving the house a “mansion” look.  

As you enter this luxury house through a eight foot high custom front door with stained glass lites and transom, a very large two story foyer welcomes you into this dream home. The grand stair is first custom feature you see with its wrought iron railing and stained wood rails. To the right of the foyer is a dramatic spacious open dining room (13 feet wide by 13 feet deep) that is framed with arched cased openings. To the left of the foyer is a formal open living room which could be used as a living room or study. Another cased opening at the back of the dining room connects the dining room to the kitchen. As you proceed past the grand stair, you will see the open one story cozy family room with a wall of windows at the rear accented with a fire place. The entertainment center (equipped with today’s high-tech digital entertainment equipment such as a flat screen TV’s) will be placed on the left wall of the family room. The spacious kitchen is open to the family room and the breakfast room. An expansive island counter with a sink and a raised counter bar allows for sitting at the island counter.

Located upstairs is the lavishly appointed and spacious master bedroom suite of the ANDREANNA and it is a separate private wing to the left of the house. The master bedroom has windows at the rear opening to dramatic views at the rear of the house. The master bathroom is very lavish and open.  A central tub provides an cozy relaxing spa like environment. A large picture window captures the views outdoors for the homeowner’s enjoyment of nature and sunlight.  A very spacious His and Hers closet is located next to the master bath.

The other three bedrooms are located upstairs and are arranged around the second floor balcony overlooking the grand stair.
