Naples Harley-Davidson Hosting Freedom Ride May 20th

Event to Honor United States Armed Forces & Benefit Fisher House

PRLog - April 30, 2012 - Freedom isn’t free and the staff of Naples Harley-Davidson, the American Legion Post 135 Honor Guard and other former and active military personnel from around Southwest Florida are supporting those who’ve lost so much in the fight to protect our country’s freedom.

On Sunday, May 20th Naples Harley-Davidson will host a Freedom Ride, collecting funds for Fisher House, a non-profit providing a “home away from home” for families of patients receiving medical care at a major military or VA medical center.

Opening ceremonies will begin at 9:30 am with the Barron Collier ROTC and American Legion Post 135 Honor Guard. The ride will begin at the store at 10:30 a.m. and finish at Stan’s Seafood Restaurant in Goodland.

Participation donation is $10 per bike and $5 per passenger. For a $20 donation participants can get a Freedom Ride 2012 t-shirt. All the funds collected will go to Fisher House in support of our country’s defenders and their families. For more information, call Alan at (239) 594-5504.
