PRLog (Press Release) - Apr. 30, 2012 - Entries by the dozen are pouring in for the 2012 South Carolina Employer Benefits Survey – a free bi-annual survey that helps business owners and company leaders evaluate their employee benefit program investment, and assess their competitive offerings against peers statewide.  Deadline for participation in the free survey is Friday, May 25, 2012.

The one-of-a-kind biannual survey provides qualitative and quantitative data on employee benefit programs at no cost for participation, and is sponsored by regional insurance agent/broker Rosenfeld Einstein.  Customized survey results help organizations to determine if they are providing competitive employee benefit packages and paying competitive fees for their benefits programs  – or if they are at risk of losing valuable talent to their competitors.

The online survey is confidential and data takes approximately 20-30 minutes to enter.  Rosenfeld Einstein then analyzes the survey data and provides each participating organization with its own proprietary report and data.  While ideal for midsized and larger businesses, Rosenfeld Einstein is making the program available to any organization with 20 or more full-time employees. Containing over 200 data points, the 2012 South Carolina Employer Benefits Survey will help businesses compare their benefits package offerings to competitors in such areas as:

   Types of benefit plans offered
   Deductibles
   Office Visit and Prescription Drug Co-payments
   Medical and Dental Plan Changes and Trends
   Monthly Premiums
   Monthly Employee Contributions
   PPO vs. Consumer Directed plan costs
   Use of wellness, flex time and education reimbursement programs

Every participating organization receives a customized analysis comparing their plan to others regionally and nationally.  All information is held in total confidence, and participating company information is only shared with that company.  At the completion of the survey, Rosenfeld Einstein will present aggregated data from across the state to attendees and media at a seminar in Greenville in mid-June; participating companies will subsequently receive the individual benchmark report prepared exclusively for their organization.

“A key benefit of this one-of-a-kind initiative is in helping companies understand where they stand competitively, both regionally and nationally, in recruiting and retaining their best associates,” noted Howard Einstein, principal of sponsor Rosenfeld Einstein.  “The survey is quick, easy, customized – and it helps organizations make better informed decisions about their benefit plans based on real-time market data.”

Organizations wishing to participate in the survey can enter their data confidentially online.  Go to www.RosenfeldEinstein.com and click on 2012 South Carolina Employer Benefits Survey to complete the survey.

The deadline for organizations to complete the online survey is May 25, 2012.  By doing so, they will receive a private report and be invited to the June seminar where survey results will be presented in detail.  Those unable to attend the seminar will have their results delivered or mailed to them, Einstein added.
