Previously, Business Development and Outside Sales activities were handled within the same group at Endeavor. The recent addition of Greg Sweeney as Endeavor’s VP of Sales has allowed the company to promote Bob von Sprecken to SVP of Business Development, where he will lead a team dedicated to developing new service products, generating timely proposals, and delivering consistent agreements which capture the intent and details of Endeavor’s engagements. Tactically, von Sprecken is chartered with improving the quality, thoroughness, and timeliness of proposals and agreements sent to customers. On a strategic level, von Sprecken is charged with developing product marketing and new service offerings, which will continue Endeavor’s ten-year record of success.
As part of the senior management team, von Sprecken brings more than three decades years of experience to Endeavor in the areas of marketing, product development, business development, and channel alliance management. Over the past five years at Endeavor, von Sprecken has held the positions of Director and Vice President of Business Development. Prior to joining Endeavor, von Sprecken was president of Channelocity, a provider of outsourced channel and sales management solutions, where he founded the company and formed key business relationships, most notably with the single largest residential VoIP provider in the US. Previously, von Sprecken was Program Director for Fusion Sales Partners, a provider of dedicated sales programs for the Fortune 500. He has also worked for Home Director, an IBM spin-off, as Director of Business Development and at Duke Energy as Director of Product Development. von Sprecken holds a B.S. degree in Business and English from Wake Forest University, and an M.B.A. from Clemson University.
