Punjab’s Largest Lifestyle Destination will Host ‘AlphaOne Dancing Star 2012’

PRLog (Press Release) - Apr. 30, 2012 - To celebrate International Dance Day on April 29th with style and élan, AlphaOne, Amritsar will host an exciting Dance Competition, ‘AlphaOne Dancing Star 2012’. AlphaOne is specially facilitating this for the youth of Punjab so that they have the opportunity to show their dancing skills. AlphaOne is inviting active participation from students of various schools, colleges and dance academies between the age groups of 15-25 years to register for the competition. The registration for the competition started from April 20th and the initial auditions were done on April 26th.   The jury selected 6 boys and 1 girl in the solo category, and one couple for duet performance as the finalists. Given the enthusiastic response and the dancing skills that the jury witnessed during the auditions, AlphaOne has extended the auditions till the 27th. Many participants have already registered for the Auditions for 27th and the selected participants would compete in the Final. The Auditions would be from 12.30 p.m. till 5 p.m. The final competition would be held on the International Dance Day on April 29th from 6:30 PM. onwards. The eventual winner will win the coveted AlphaOne Dancing Star 2012 Trophy in front of a large audience and respective supporters of the contestants.

The participants will bring their songs and recordings for the auditions and the same would be uploaded on the latest product of Apple ‘IPad3’ by the Apple team at AlphaOne. Apple Current Store and Shoppers Stop are supporting AlphaOne for the Dancing Star 2012 Competition. There would be a brief presentation made about the launch of new Apple IPad3 to the youth and the audience. The new range of Sunglasses and Deodorants from Shoppers Stop would also be promoted among the youth especially for the forthcoming summer season.
