How do I place an order?

You can place an order online at MyDinnerTaxi.com or call 573-673-3106 and one of our customer service representatives will assist you with placing your order.

How long does it take for delivery?

The average delivery time varies based on volume and time of day.  Your food will not ordered before a driver is available to take it so it arrives hot and fresh.  We usually quote between 45 minutes and one hour for dinner deliveries, but  a lot of orders arrive in 30 to 45 minutes.  Lunch orders can be placed the day before so you can secure your desired delivery time. We also recommend that large orders be placed the day before.  You can actually schedule a delivery days, weeks, or even months in advance.

What is the delivery charge and food order minimum?

The delivery fee is $4.75.

There is a $7.00 minimum food total for all orders per restaurant.

What are my payment options?

* Corporate: Cash, Credit Card, Company Check (company check address must match delivery address) and MyDinnerTaxi.com Gift Certificates.
* Residential/Hotel: Cash, Credit Card, and Gift Certificates.

If you are paying with cash and have a bill larger than $20.00, please leave a note in your online order or tell us over the phone. Our drivers do not carry enough change to break larger bills without notice.

Can I order from multiple restaurants?

Yes, you can order from multiple restaurants, but we do require that you meet the $7.00 minimum order and pay the normal delivery fee for each restaurant.

Can I order from a restaurant outside my delivery zone?

Delivery zones are limited to ensure that your order is delivered in a timely manner and will always arrive hot, fresh and delicious. Catering or larger orders are placed in advance and may be available for restaurants outside the delivery area for an additional fee. Please call 573-673-3106 and a customer service representative will assist you with your request.

How do I know that my online order has been placed?

You will receive an order confirmation email detailing your order  as soon as your order has been placed.  Feel free to call 573-673-3106 to confirm the order as well.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed with the restaurant. If you need to cancel or make changes to an advanced order, call 573-673-3106and a manager will assist you.

I have a problem with my order, what should I do?

If there are any problems with your order, you must call us within 30 minutes of the order being delivered. We will confirm with the restaurant regarding the mistake. Once we verify with the restaurant that the problem was on their end, we will either re-deliver the missing/incorrect item, replace it for free on your next order, or refund you the amount of the item.

Is gratuity for the driver included in my order?

Gratuity is generally not included for orders under $75. Please consider the efforts of your mobile waiter and we suggest tipping the driver just like you would a server in a restaurant. All orders over $75 will be subject to a minimum 15% gratuity to ensure that your driver is amply compensated.

MyDinnerTaxi.com reserves the right to implement an automatic gratuity to any order at our descretion. As independent contractors our drivers have the right to refuse delivery.  Mydinnertaxi.com is a restaurant marketing firm that advertises restaurants to Columbia Missouri residents. When engaging our services to request a delivery, you are hiring the services of a self-employed, delivery professional.
