Kat has trained at Bronson Athletic Club in Kalamazoo, MI where with she worked with physical therapists and nationally recognized speaker and author, Chris Johnson, weekly for nearly two years with hands on coaching.
Kat utilizes foundations of personal training and works with all levels, from beginners to athletes, and youth to seniors. You will also receive Kats Eating Clean booklet so that you can get started right away with maximum results!

Nutrition is 90% of your outcome!

You can also schedule an session to focus JUST on nutrition! Cost is the same as training and can be used as one of your seesions. Don't forget that Kat will work with your budget!
