RETTEW Welcomes Ettinger as Survey Project Manager

PRLog (Press Release) - Apr. 27, 2012 - RETTEW, an Engineering News-Record top 200 design firm providing engineering, transportation, environmental consulting, planning and surveying services, recently welcomed Shane B. Ettinger as a project manager in the firm’s survey division.

Working primarily from RETTEW’s Williamsport office, Ettinger works with natural gas clients on all aspects of their projects involving surveying. He is responsible for providing well pad surveys and design, water impoundment surveys and design, gas and water conveyance line surveys and design, and road construction and improvement surveys and design. Additionally, Ettinger conducts unit boundary surveys and works with state regulatory agencies to obtain appropriate environmental clearances for clients’ projects.

Ettinger has more than 15 years of surveying and project management experience, which includes his working in the natural gas industry and the commercial and residential market sectors. He has managed multi-phase assisted living community projects and is well versed in client coordination, quality assurance/quality control and scheduling. Ettinger’s expertise also includes road rehabilitation surveys, design improvements, right-of-way acquisitions, highway occupancy permit (HOP) studies/surveys, as-built surveys and American Land Title Association (ALTA) surveys.  

He resides in Watsontown, Northumberland County, Pa.
