Creating a Culture of Reliability, Responsibility and Accountability at NAPBS Annual Conference

In Dianne Durkin’s presentation Creating a Culture of Reliability, Responsibility and Accountability which took place at the NAPBS (National Association of Professional Background Screeners) Conference on April 16, 2012, she outlined mechanisms that these successful companies use.  She describes the leadership behaviors that create this culture resulting in employees being self-directive, creative, innovative and taking ownership.
