Richard P. Hastings, a partner with the CT law firm of Hastings, Cohan & Walsh, LLP just launched the first in a series of videos: Sh*t Injury Lawyers Say (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2LKSFBlfOKA). These educational and entertaining videos highlight the challenges that await injured parties if they choose to represent themselves in any type of accident or injury case.

Attorney Hastings has collected millions of dollars for his clients in cases including motor vehicle accidents, defective products, wrongful death, dog bite incidents, general accident cases, slip and fall incidents, breach of contract claims, unfair trade practice cases, construction litigation, will contests, and general litigation matters. Mr. Hastings is trained as a mediator by Harvard Law School and the Center for Mediation in Law.
