Career expo and networking event set for May 18
Overland Park, Kan. — Baker University’s School of Professional and Graduate Studies will host a free career expo and networking event from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday, May 18 at its Overland Park campus, 7301 College Blvd.
Attendees will have an opportunity to meet, network and interview with area business leaders and Baker alumni to discuss current, future employment trends and qualifications for successful employment. Interviewing skills and effective resume writing also will be discussed. Below is the schedule for the event.
9 - 11 a.m. Workshops on interviewing, resume writing and business writing
11 a.m. - 1 p.m. Career Expo and interview opportunities with employers
