Apr. 27, 2012 - Renter Friendly recently added a new feature that will enhance the user-end experience for both property managers as well as online apartment hunters. During the "add property" stage, apartment managers are now able to include a list of floorplan names, square footages, number of beds and baths, price range, deposit required, as well as any specials offered for each. Renter Friendly has made it a point to show as much of an apartment community as possible to increase the functionality for those interested in displaying apartments, and those interested in searching for apartments. With this new feature comes rewards for prospects. While conducting an apartment search on Renter Friendly's main search page, prospects are able to click on any particular property for more details, and see this newly added "floorplan section" inserted directly below the community information, and it will help them get a sense of what each community can offer in terms of floorplans available.
