The day long program for condominium owners, board members, trustees and managers includes presentations by industry professionals and an opportunity to network with condominium suppliers and vendors. Attendees will gain essential, relevant and timely information to address problems and concerns that condominium associations face on a regular basis. The forum includes sessions on navigating a capital replacement project and insurance and disaster recovery pitfalls. In addition, in an interactive session speakers will address rules enforcement, amending condo documents, reasonable accommodation and other questions which challenge condo communities. Breakfast and lunch are included in the registration fee.
