“Ben Smith is a man of strong character and wisdom,” said Tim Lambert, president of the Texas Home School Coalition. “Throughout his career, he has demonstrated his respect for our country’s judicial system and his commitment to upholding the rights of Americans as defined by the U.S. Constitution.”
Members of the home school community in Texas work together to promote the benefits of home schooling and to protect the rights of parents who choose to educate their children at home.
“I am honored that the Texas Home School Coalition PAC would choose to endorse my candidacy for 380th District Court Judge,” Smith said. “I value the Coalition’s purpose and what home school parents are accomplishing on their children’s behalf.”
Smith has received the endorsements of the McKinney Police Association, the Frisco Police Association, the Collin County Deputies Association and the Collin County Conservative Republicans among other groups.
