DENVER, CO - Cellar Wine Bar, voted Best Wine Bar by the Westword in both 2011 and 2012 invites you to welcome Chef Joe Freemond to the lower highlands wine bar that is every locals secret! Chef Joe Freemond recently joined the Cellar Wine Bar team and brings years of culinary experience with an emphasis on Mediterranean and handmade pasta dishes. His culinary philosophy is to create rustic elegant dishes with finesse and technique, using the absolute best ingredients. He is thrilled to have the opportunity to work with many of the local vendors that he has developed relationships with during his time cooking around Denver, CO while previously working for Il Mondo Vecchio. Chef Joe loves to create new dishes using his knowledge and history behind much of our favorite traditional foods, particularly handcrafted pasta, while sharing his enthusiasm for the culinary arts with those around him.
