Vineyard Services Expands REO Offerings To Colorado

(April 2012) Vineyard Services, a leader in the REO, remodeling and investor industries, is once again preparing for expansion.  Currently, Vineyard Services operates in Arizona, California, and Nevada.  Plans for expansion include Indiana, Georgia, Florida, and Texas.  

Plans for growth are supported with new technology and key hires, with Vineyard bringing on Bill Hodges, formerly with Fannie Mae, as well as custom-made software.  As Vineyard settles into Colorado, they are building an experienced team of estimators, coordinators, and construction managers, adding growth to the local economy.

Vineyard is confident that the utilization of their new technology is the factor that will set them apart from other general contractors.  With this new technology, the bid process will be completed more efficiently, with fewer errors, and include photos and notes for each job.

“We have leveraged the use of tablet PC’s with centralized dispatching and tracking software to become the most responsive REO repair contractor,” says Thomas Feist, Director of REO Services.  “The estimation department can return most repair bids in less than 24 hours and our operating platform and client portal provide real time interaction.  Clients can view repair status, pictures, and project notes at any time,” Feist adds.  

By hiring Bill Hodges as the Vice President of REO Services, Vineyard Services will be able to continue growing at a fast pace, and have the opportunity to create new client relationships.  Bill brings a great wealth of experience to Vineyard Services with more than 25 years of industry experience in construction, building, and rehab, as well as holding past positions as a general contractor, consultant, and most recently as the Rehab/Repair Specialist for Fannie Mae.
