HMC Companies Announced New Company Name - HMC HealthWorks

The company is making the name change to further establish its unique identity in the industry for their special focus on integrating their more “ hands on” personalized team care approach to health and care management such as: health education, prevention, wellness and pharmacy management programs, using the most cutting-edge technology.
