Announcing End of Tiered Pricing

April 25, 2012 - PRLog -- Long Island PC Solutions is breaking the mold of computer support providers.  Today, they have announced that they are ending their tiered pricing plan and have created a new pricing plan that offers the same price to all clients.

It has long been the industry standard that residential clients pay one rate for technical support services and small business pay a different, higher, rate.  What Long Island PC Solutions has done is eliminate that higher rate and offer one low rate to all of their customers.  This change is effective immediately.

"It just isn't fair", says Nick Tria, President of Long Island PC Solutions. "Why do the small business customers have to pay more for service?"

In the past, Long Island PC Solutions, billed residential customers at $60 an hour and small business customers at $75 an hour.  Under their new plan, all customers will be billed at $60 per hour.

"It saves time doing it this way.  There is less confusion," Mr. Tria continues.  "This in turn saves me money which I am passing on to our clients."
