Deborah Riha said she is extremely honored to receive the award and gives credit to her hard-working staff. “We are extremely proud to be recognized by Guitar Center for our performance and the excellent customer service our staff provides," Riha said.
Ron Eckstein, VP Logistics at Guitar Center said, "Priority has been a great partner for us and has shown flexibility to handle special projects (South Bend closure) and grow with us through moving into new service territories."
The award is based on communication, on time pick up, on time delivery and 100% unloading among other criteria. From their facility in suburban Chicago, PSI provides store deliveries and linehauls for Guitar Center stores.
