"A text message is an easy and effective way to remind clients about their appointments and keep a connection to the offices using the feature."
Clients have two ways of signing up for the text message reminders. The first is by signing up via an API (Application Program Interface) that is on the offices’ website or by texting a keyword to 570-262-5477. Clients will receive a text message to confirm receipt of future texts.
