Netcom Learning Announces Impressive Sales Figures for the First Quarter of 2012

Figures closing out Q1 for the premier business skills and IT training company mark the best quarter ever in NetCom Learning history

April 25, 2012 - PRLog -- NetCom Learning has announced unprecedented sales figures at the close of Q1 for 2012, marking the best quarter ever in the company's history. The quarter received a boost early on when NetCom Learning broke sales records in January and continued that strong pace closing out the quarter.

The accomplishment was made possible largely due to having a strong leadership team in place that is aligned to fully live and breathe the company's purpose, mission and values which resulted in sustained growth, said NetCom Learning Chairman and CEO Russell Sarder (http://www.russellsarder.com).

"Having a dedicated team in place with strong sales and marketing skills is essential to not only growing a company but sustaining that growth. We've focused just as much on making sure we have the right in-house team in place as we do on providing quality training to our customers," Sarder said.

Other ways NetCom Learning has sustained its growth and sales figures is by creating a growth fund, allowing constant access to capital, and by keeping a fluid business model that allows for implementation of new ways to infuse growth.

The company credits several factors in this sales trend, including the addition of physical learning location in Virginia. NetCom Learning has also reorganized its leadership team and currently seeks to add to that team. The company recently added four people to its sales team and has replaced its bottom 10 percent of producers with new hires who are top performers. NetCom Learning plans to hire five to ten sales people within the next month as well as a training coordinator, webmaster, and additions to its video team. Building a stronger leadership team has strategically helped lead NetCom Learning's overall operations.

Such strategic moves have led NetCom Learning to become a leader in the learning industry and the company is open to speaking with investors who are searching for profitable companies poised for a surge in growth.

Already, NetCom Learning has forged several partnerships that position the company for high visibility while addressing the need for business and technology training. In one such move, NetCom Learning is partnering with World Innovation Forum where it will address the increasing demand for soft skills training by developing business skills training.
