Reichel Realty President Bill Reichel announced lease transactions totaling more than 140,000 square feet and valued at more than $5 million. Leases include a 10,500-square-
foot regional headquarters for Electronic Payments at 7800 Congress Avenue, Boca Raton under a 5-year term for $750,000. Reichel Realty exclusively represented the company, which provides customized payment processing solutions, and is one of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies as a four-time Inc. 500 honoree.

At Tuscany Center, a 12,000-square-
foot Class “A” office project located at 8845 N. Military Trail, Palm Beach Gardens: WMT leased 3,600 square feet for 3 years and trial lawyer Casey Shomo leased 2,300 square feet for 5 years, in transactions totaling $650,000.
At 1253 Old Okeechobee Commerce Center, a 30,000-square-
foot office/warehouse project in West Palm Beach: Reichel secured leases totaling $485,000. Reichel leased 12,000 square feet to new tenants including Bonano Sandals, Chris Colage, Lauren Adams Gallery, and renewed leases withMecox Gardens, The Breakers, Advanced Alarm, Club Collette and Sunshine Cleaning.
At 2535 North Military Trail, a 14,000-square-
foot commercial building in West Palm Beach: Liquor Warehouse renewed their lease for 2,700 square feet for a five-year term valued at $250,000.
At 7200 Military Trail, a 30,000-square-
foot commercial project in Riviera Beach: Carsmetics leased 4,800 square feet for a three-year term valued at $180,000.
At Plaza West, a 20,000-square-
foot commercial project on Okeechobee Blvd. in West Palm Beach, FASTSIGNS leased 2,200 square feet for six years, valued at $250,000.
