Beazer Homes Wins Four MAME Awards

April 24, 2012 - PRLog -- RALEIGH, NC – Beazer Homes is pleased to announce that the company was honored with four awards at the recent MAME (Major Achievements in Marketing Excellence) Awards Show, presented by the Triangle Sales & Marketing Council of the Home Builders Associations of Raleigh-Wake and Durham, Orange, and Chatham Counties. The Triangle MAME Awards mirror the National Sales & Marketing Council’s Nationals, which have established themselves as the Academy Awards of new homes sales and marketing. Exceptional advertising, merchandising, product design and sales efforts are recognized at this event, having been judged by sales and marketing leaders from across the country.

Beazer Homes was presented with MAME Awards for Salesperson of the Year, Superintendent of the Year for 101+ Total Homes Closed, Best Selection/Design Center, and Best Attached Home Product Design with a Sales Price of $225,001 - $300,000.

Salesperson of the Year Suzanne Hardeman sold in four Beazer communities during the judging time frame, always covering at least two communities simultaneously. In addition to her 2012 recognition, she was also the recipient of the 2011 MAME Salesperson of the Year Award.

Superintendent of the Year Todd Dryden, an 18 year veteran with Beazer Homes, built in four communities throughout the Triangle and assisted in training a new superintendent during the judging time frame.

The 1,500 square foot Beazer Selection Center located in Raleigh was awarded Best Selection/Design Center. Vignettes of striking kitchens and bathrooms display the most popular selections of Beazer customers in this beautifully designed showroom.
