Ruthbridge and Tracesmart Partnership

April 24, 2012 - PRLog -- Ruthbridge, a leading debt collection specialist, has signed a contract with consumer data provider Tracesmart to use its key tracing software, TraceIQ. The web based tracing tool allows Ruthbridge to more effectively locate individuals, and subsequently increase debt collecting productivity.

The software, which underwent considerable trialling before the contract was signed, is the latest tool being employed by Ruthbridge.  This follows Ruthbridge’s continuing strategy of working in close partnership with data suppliers to develop their products.  These relationships allow for input from both parties and result in more effective products.

Ruthbridge is delighted with the results TraceIQ has provided and looks forward to an effective and long-term relationship with Tracesmart as Bob Snelling, Trace Manager at the Twickenham based firm, noted:“We are pleased to be working with Tracesmart and are sure that TraceIQ will further enhance the quality of our tracing activity.”
