Saxton is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) with experience in corporate accounting as well as internal and external audit . Ms. Saxton most recently served as Senior Director with The Cooper Group, LLC where she consulted with numerous Fortune 100 and private-corporation clients. Her other contributions include project management and oversight, Sarbanes Oxley control assessments, ethics and compliance program office implementation, and streamlining operations.  

Saxton was recognized with the MCI Circle of Excellence Award for her role in helping Fortune 100 MCI successfully move forward after the WorldCom fraud. Saxton graduated from Mississippi College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting and has more than 20 years of experience in the field of corporate accounting.
