Marshall Barnes has been proving that he is smarter than Stephen Hawking when it comes to concepts involving the nature of time, by consistently finding mistakes that the world renown astrophysicist has made that have escaped the notice of the science community at large. He has then proved that physicist J. Robert Oppenheimer was correct when he said that "There are children playing in the streets that could solve my top physics problems, because they have modes of sensory perception that I lost long ago" when Marshall conducted experiments to see if children could detect the same mistakes. They could. http://notjustrocketscience.ning.com/
The presentation will cover such things as closed time-like curves, time dilation, time travel, parallel universes, as well as new information on black holes and engineering the physics for warp drives. There will be decidedly new information on all of these topics as as how they relate to a continuum between Euclidean geometry, relativity, quantum mechanics and cosmology that Marshall has identified and calls the 4th D hypothesis.
Marshall is also an exhibiter at the USA Science and Engineering Festival, taking place that same weekend, at the Walter Washington Convention Center. This will be his second time at the event, an image from his exhibit during the first is currently the largest photograph on the cards promoting the event this year. He will be demonstrating his various inventions in video, music technology, physics, and a sneak preview for his prototype technology for warp drive - the STDTS.
Admission at Reiter's is $20, unless you get a $10 off coupon from the SuperScience booth at the USA Science and Engineering Festival that same day, where admission is free. For more information call Reiter's at 202-223-3327.
