Identifying a need to formally recognise independently developed training within the service management marketplace, itSMF UK designed a new Course Endorsement Scheme which will promote a wider range of service management related training, as opposed to the more formal qualifications currently offered by other accreditation schemes.
This new scheme, officially launched at the Service Desk and IT Support (SDITS) Show on 24th April, has been designed to ensure organisations are delivering, through their training, an appropriate level of educational quality and relevance to the development of service management best practice. G2G3 is pleased to announce its Polestar ITSM simulation has become one of the first courses to be formally accredited by the itSMF UK assessors.
