Michael Paquette, a Philadelphia area native, learned to make cheesecake while working in a restaurant while going to college.  Over the years, he has refined both his recipes and techniques.  His cheesecake became his most requested contribution to family functions and pot lucks at work. Now Michael is thrilled to share his passion for cooking with others.
