* Amscan to create a complete line of Ugldyoll party supplies
* Grasslands Road to manufacture and distribute Uglydoll ceramic ware in US and Canada
* Anagram to manufacture and distribute Uglydoll ballons in all shapes, sizes and colors
* Fab Starpoint to manufacture and distribute backpacks, messenger bags, handbags, totes, cosmetic bags, wallets, coin purses, zipper pulls, lunch bags, and luggage in North America
* Accessory Innovations to manufacture and distribute fashion headwear, cold weather accessories, hosiery, and umbrellas
* Thermos to produce FUNtainer products, lunch accessories, and lunch kits
* Freeze to manufacture and distribute branded t-shirts and fleece products for kid's, junior's, men's and women's categories.
* Komar to produce branded sleepwear and robes for children
* Richard Leeds to produce Uglydoll sleepwear, loungewear, daywear, intimate apparel, and robes for juniors and women.
* United Legwear to manufacture and distribute socks and legwarmers
* Toy Factory to produce a variety of branded toys to be distributed through the North America amusement park market
* Thumbtack to create a unique line of Uglydoll prints
