Thompson Organization Announces Winners of 21st Annual Draw the Future Contest

Students from Kindergarten through 6th grade were invited to draw their car of the future. With over two hundred creative entries were received, an awards ceremony was held on Thursday, April 19th to honor the winners of The 21st Annual Contest.

PRLog - April 23, 2012 - DOYLESTOWN, Pa. -- An awards ceremony was held on Thursday, April 19th to honor the winners of The Thompson Organization’s 21st Annual Draw the Future Contest. Students from Kindergarten through sixth grade were invited to use their imaginations and draw their idea of the car of the future. Over two hundred creative entries were received and displayed throughout the Thompson Toyota, Scion, Lexus, BMW, Volkswagen, Porsche and Audi showrooms.

This year the ceremony was held in the recently renovated Thompson Volkswagen showroom in Warrington. All 21 winners received their official 2012 Draw the Future t-shirt in addition to their prize. The complete list of winners and their prizes are as follows:

Third Place winners received 2 movie passes to Regal Cinemas:
Kindergarten – Logan Smith of Pipersville
First Grade – Paige Burchell of Jamison
Second Grade – Ben Fillgrove of Harleysville
Third Grade – Annie Tirone of Doylestown
Fourth Grade – Kevin Donnelly of Doylestown
Fifth Grade – Trent Mokes of Sellersville
Sixth Grade – Timothy Crowley of Bernville

Second Place winners received a $50 Target Gift Card:
Kindergarten – Molly Gross of Doylestown
First Grade – Natalia DelloBuono of Lansdale
Second Grade – Riley Malack of Souderton
Third Grade – Andrew Schmidt of Doylestown
Fourth Grade – Carley Burns of East Greenville
Fifth Grade – Josh Kulp of Souderton
Sixth Grade – Alex Lofland of Sellersville

First Place winners received a $75 Target Gift Card:
Kindergarten – Luke Lehmann of Furlong
First Grade – Turner Jones of Doylestown
Second Grade – Michael Passacantando of Doylestown
Third Grade – Kyle Maloney of Bensalem
Fourth Grade – Shane Spence of Hatfield   
Fifth Grade – Trey Crowley of Bernville
Sixth Grade – Mason Procz of Holland

The grand prize winner was 6th grader Mason Procz of Holland. His drawing is featured on an area billboard located on Route 413, a half mile south of 2nd Street Pike in Wrightstown.
