Bóthar Cork launches exclusive fashion fundraiser at the Cornstore Cork

April 23, 2012 - PRLog -- Speaking at the launch of the event Niamh Mulqueen, Corporate Relations Director at Bóthar told us:  ‘We are thrilled to partner with Design Centre, based in Powerscourt, Dublin, in bringing their exclusive collections to Cork for the first time.  Bóthar has many friends and supporters in Cork and we are confident that everyone will have a truly great day and raise funds for Bóthar’s projects in Rwanda at the same time.’
The Cornstore will host the event and guests will be greeted with a champagne reception, al fresco (sure it’s always sunny in Cork!), serenaded by members of the celebrated City of Cork Symphony Orchestra.
Then follows a three-course, gourmet lunch, with models from Holman Lee Agency who will showcase the Design Centre’s signature pieces from internationally-acclaimed designers John Rocha, Philip Tracey, La Petite Salope, Synan O'Mahony and Maria Grachvogel to name but a few.......
After lunch, Celia Holman Lee will deliver a master-class in summer style, giving out the very best advice on what’s in and what’s out this season and Peter Mark’s Creative Director, Gary Kavanagh, will add to the excitement by choosing ‘Cork’s Best Dressed Lady’.
A post-show shopping discount of 10% on Design Centre creations and other items at the lunch means that a new outfit might not have to break the bank! Plus there will be a raffle with great prizes too!
Later that afternoon The Cornstore swings into action with its After Party with a jazz band, Bóthar cocktails and an invitation to all those in attendance to call up their friends to party the night away at the venue!
