This campaign builds on the outdoor and print campaigns which have been running in Tripoli and across the country over recent weeks, encouraging the Libyan business community to make the most of this opportunity to meet potential international partners in these crucial industry sectors.
Conway Wigg, senior manager at Arabicomm, said, “The decision to hold Oil and Gas Libya and Infrastructure Libya was, for obvious reasons, only taken in November 2011. Despite the short time frame, the fair has attracted more than 200 international exhibitors and Arabicomm is through digital, print and outdoor media, pleased to have played its part in ensuring the Libyan business community is also aware of this event and the opportunities it provides.”
Salah El-Houni, managing director at Dar Al Arab, the organisers of Oil & Gas Libya and Infrastructure Libya, said, “For our fairs to be successful we need international companies to participate. But we also need the attendance and participation of the Libyan business community. Working with our partners Arabicomm, an effective media mix has been used to achieve this.”
