Las Vegas, Nv- The Nevada Holistic Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring the third annual “Tea For Trees”, an Earth Day 2012 Tea Party on Sunday, May 22 from 10am to 3pm at Angel Blessings Wellness Spa in the Peace Way Business Center at 4485 S. Buffalo Drive (at Peace Way).
“Celebrate freedom with us! Have a cup of tea with a refugee. Their stories of perseverance and hope may transform your own life. I thoroughly LOVE being part of something so joyful and simple. It heals locally and globally,” said Heidi Anderson, President of the Nevada Holistic Chamber of Commerce.
Attendees can enjoy a cup of tea, sponsored by TeaVana. Donations of products and services for the auction are welcome. One hundred percent of the event’s auction gross proceeds will benefit Las Vegas African refugee integration programs. Donations are also being accepted for African tree nurseries and clean water access.
