The launches of Top Agent Network’s Alameda North and Alameda South chapters are being supported by a group of visionary, highest top-producing agents serving as local Charter Members.
Charter Members of TAN’s Alameda North chapter are Kim and Barbara Marienthal (Coldwell Banker Northern California, Berkeley), Ira Serkes (Pacific Union/Christie's International, Berkeley) and Daniel M. Bernard Laffer (Golden Pacific Realty, Pleasanton) and Joe Frazzano (J. Rockcliff Realtors, Danville) are TAN’s Alameda South chapter Charter Members. The Alameda South chapter covers Castro Valley, Dublin, Fremont, Hayward, Hayward Hills, Livermore, Newark, Pleasanton, Sunol and Union City. These geographic designations mimic local real estate market dynamics and keep TAN relevant to local, residential real estate.
Becoming a TAN member agent
To become a member, an agent must be in the top 10 percent of their TAN chapter geography based on past 24-month closed home sales. Typically this top 10 percent represents the buyer or seller in 3 out of 4 closed escrows.
