Seven Days Before “Kobiphysics: An Art Show” – Wright Takes to the Streets

PRLog (Press Release) - Apr. 20, 2012 - Artist, Kobina Wright, has one week before her art show titled, Kobiphysics: An Art Show, and is still raising money as she continues to finish her last paintings that will be exhibited at the show.  

This weekend, Wright and her team will continue to solicit private donations for the art show, and will be out on the streets of Huntington Beach passing out flyers for the event.  

The concept of Kobiphysics is based upon a study of formulas developed by ancient and modern physicists.  Wright uses the artistic aesthetic of these formulas and incorporates them into her various painting techniques.

The art show will feature a painting dedicated to Genocide Awareness and Prevention along with 19 other original art by Wright, a group art station, and the musical talent of Addae Jordan.

Kobiphysics: An Art Show, will take place on April 27th, from 7 PM to 8:30 PM at the Huntington Beach Central Library, across the hall from the library’s theater at, 7111 Talbert Ave., Huntington Beach, CA.  

Wright is a California native who earned her degree in Communications from CSUF.  She has created several art series, including, “Fractured,”  “Cali Free” and most recently, “Eleven Twenty-Three Girl.”  Wright has also written several books, including, “50” and “A Crime And A Simplification Of Something Sublime,” the latter includes several of her sketches.  She has performed in theater productions, independent films and commercials and is the creator of the Hodaoa-Anibo language (info on the language: http://www.dramaticpause.net/anibo_101.htm).
