Marketplace To Host Major Upstate, SC Job Fair Wednesday, April 25

April 20, 2012 - PRLog -- Greenville, SC -- Marketplace Staffing, one of the Upstate’s largest and fastest-growing staffing and human capital solutions firms, will host a day-long job fair Wednesday, April 25 at the Hampton Inn Hotel in Clinton, SC to identify candidates to fill up to 250 new entry level and experienced positions with a range of customers they serve, Marketplace Staffing officials announced today.

Positions being recruited for include assembly, packers, warehouse support, material handlers, forklift operators, machine operators, general labor, maintenance technicians, and CNC machinists, said Matt Stevens, recruiting manager for Marketplace Staffing.  “Several of our light industrial clients across the Upstate region – from Clinton to Fountain Inn and Laurens to Greenville-Spartanburg -- are looking to expand their workforces as demand increases, and we are actively looking to hire talented, motivated employees to place in a wide range of positions.”

Applications will be taken for all positions Wednesday from 9am until 2pm at the Hampton Inn in Clinton, located at 201 E. Corporate Center Drive in Clinton.  Applicants should bring a current resume and photo ID with them, and should be able to pass a drug test.  Depending on turnout, follow-up interviews will be scheduled over the next several days.  Positions are available on first, second and third shifts, added Stevens, and both 8- and 12-hour shifts are available at various companies.
