Westwood, MA Single-family Home Prices Up, Sales Down Q1 2012

June 16, 2012 - PRLog -- The median price of single-family homes in Westwood, Massachusetts increased in Q1 2012 while sales decreased, according to data analyzed by Buyers Brokers Only LLC, the largest exclusive buyer agent real estate firm in Massachusetts. (http://BuyersBrokersOnly.com)

The data were compiled using MLS Property Information Network, Inc, a local multiple listing service.

The median price of single-family homes rose 9.3 percent in Q1 2012 compared to the previous year, a difference of $48,000.  Single-family home sales in Westwood, MA dropped 12.5 percent in the first quarter of 2012, a difference of two sales compared to Q1 2011.


There were no multi-family homes sold in Q1 2012, down from one sale during the same period of 2011.
